New Years Resolution

Some of the best research regarding human nutrition has been completed and published in the last 5 years. Journal of Nutrition, Academy of Nutrition and a host of other peer reviewed publications are pretty unanimous in their outcome assessments regarding the various dietary management tools out there. The most important diet, the one that will get you the most change in your life, is only the one that you can complete. There is only a small amount of change, in most people, between vegetarian, paleo, or whatever ‘diet’ you try in the long run. If you are having trouble sticking to any type of food management plan then consider the plan and consider your long term goals. For the most part, even the smallest changes, are the ones that last the longest.

So if your New Years Resolution calls for some radical changes or eating foods that you have never heard of, maybe look for something a little less extreme. If you can’t do it forever, do not do it.
