Goals
A great way to go about goals is to have a daily outcome assessment and rehash your progress every week or couple of weeks. A year long goal can be broken down into more manageable timeframes, such as daily, weekly or even bimonthly.
Laying bricks on a daily basis will yield either a wall or a house over time. It's up to you to decide what your goal is heading towards and how big that goal will be. If something happens and you veer off of your goal path, the most important thing is to know that doesn’t have to be the end of it. You can pick yourself up and continue to move forward. Tiny victories are the key to making sure you achieve the ultimate goal you have in mind.
